Creative Access, founded by Peta Chalmers and Peter Davison, is an educational arts program running out of the PoPShop Studio located at TheGRID: hybrid arts collective in Toowoomba. Peta Chalmers holds a Degree in Fine Art and brings over a decade of experience teaching art to the project. Peta also brings a wealth of knowledge regarding Autism and Aspergers Syndrome. Peter Davison holds a Diploma in Visual Arts and a Certificate IV in Disability and is currently studying Psychology and Anthropology with a view towards being an Art Therapist. Peter also brings seven years experience as a live in support worker for intellectual disabilities.
Creative Access is open to all ages, and all people living with a disability.
